COVID-19 PATIENT VISIT PROTOCOL AS OF 11/9/2020 MASKS ARE REQUIRED DUE TO THE MASK MANDATE ISSUED BY THE GOVERNOR. PLEASE ENTER THE BUILDING WEARING A MASK AND FOLLOW OUR UPDATED PATIENT VISIT PROTOCOL LISTED BELOW. When you arrive for your office visit, please proceed straight to the front desk to check in. We will continue checking temperatures and taking all necessary precautions to keep our staff and patients safe. Parents are welcome to wait in the waiting room if they are wearing a mask. If you don’t have a mask we are happy to provide one for you. We are now allowing parents to accompany their child into the clinic to ask additional questions, but we ask that after your questions have been answered you return to our waiting room until your child has finished their appointment. Before entering the building please confirm that you are not presenting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19:
- Fever over 100
- Shortness of Breath
- Loss of Sense of Taste or Smell
- Cough
- Runny Nose
- Sore Throat
- Contact with someone suspected or confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days
If you or anyone in your home has experienced these symptoms, you will not be allowed in the building. Please call and let us know and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. These guidelines are from the Governor and Health Department. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you so much for your help and understanding as we proceed through these unique situations. We look forward to seeing you!
